B16: How long to wait for new computer models

QUESTION: How long should I wait to buy a new computer when I hear something new is coming?

ANSWER: It is hard to know. I don’t like to jump on the new technology right after it’s been released. I want someone else to figure out the flaws, have the manufacturer update it accordingly, and then I start shopping around.
