B18: Choosing computer salesperson

QUESTION: What criteria do you use to choose a salesperson?

ANSWER: I want a salesperson who can explain things clearly and who I get an instinctively good feeling about. If there isn’t anyone around that fits that description, it may not be the store where I want to shop.
