ANSWER: The truth is that many banks are phasing out sending people’s canceled checks back to them. Some banks will include copies of the checks with their statement. At least you can still receive a printed bank statement in the mail. Your statement will indicate the online payments made. You can also print out a history of your payments made online from your computer.
